SiliconTech organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) for its faculty members on ‘Crucial Accountability and Stakeholder Communication’ on 8 January 2022.
The FDP was facilitated by Mr. V. Narasimhan, Head of Learning and Development at Sundaram Learning, Chennai. Mr. Narasimhan is a certified Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation, India, an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) suite of instruments and a facilitator of the Global Managers programme, the ‘Bullet Proof Manager’ from Crestcom International which is one of the largest training groups in the world.
The objective of the session was to encourage the participants to strengthen their sense of accountability to improve their performance at work and at home. In the afternoon session, the participants learned about NVC (Nonviolent Communication), learned to choose connection over correction and communicate with empathy.
35 faculty members attended the FDP.
