The ISTE and CodeChef Students’ Chapters at SiliconTech, jointly conducted CodeClash 3.0 on 16 and 17 April 2022.
This coding competition was organized to instil the spirit of competitive coding among students. Consisting of two rounds, ‘Pseudo Code’ round and ‘Coding’ round, the event witnessed the emergence of fresh minds passionate for competitive programming. The participants who cleared the Pseudo round, proceeded to the Coding round which was conducted on the CodeChef platform. The level of the coding questions ranged from easy to medium.
196 participants from the 1st year and 76 participants from the 2nd and 3rd years participated in this event.
Ashish Kumar Singh (CSE, 1st year) and Kumar Jijnasu (CSE, 2nd year) emerged as the winners while Bhibu Prasad Sahoo (CEN, 1st year) and Abinash Samal (CSE, 2nd year) became the runners- up. They were felicitated with cash prizes. The event was well- organized and largely appreciated by the students.
