Mahavir Ganapati Dash, from the 2023 batch of B.Tech. ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) program at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar (SiliconTech), has been placed at McKinley Rice with a package of 20 LPA. It is the highest package received by a graduate of the B.Tech. ECE batch of 2023.
In his current position as an Associate Rust Developer at McKinley Rice, Mahavir develops innovative, efficient, and reliable software solutions to address complex challenges. His expertise lies in writing clean and maintainable Rust code that contributes to the success of the company’s projects.
Prior to this, Mahavir did his internship at Squbix Digital, where he worked as a Rust Developer. During the internship, he gained hands-on experience with Rust which enhanced his programming skills. He worked on projects that involved optimizing code performance and enhancing software security, which helped him to become more proficient in Rust development.
During his leisure, Mahavir enjoys mobile gaming, which allows him to unwind and stay updated on the latest gaming trends. He also loves to travel as it enables him to explore new cultures and broadens his horizons.
