The Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities (BSH) at SiliconTech collaborated with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to organize an expert talk on ‘Relevance of Indian Traditional Knowledge’ on 20 January 2024.
The expert talk was delivered by Dr. Debi Prasad Mishra, Director & Professor of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Kolkata. Dr. Mishra is a distinguished motivational speaker, recognized for his impactful efforts in promoting the ancient Indian Education System across the nation. Through numerous webinars, conferences, and workshops, he has played a pivotal role in spreading the wisdom of traditional education.
In his talk, Dr. Mishra created awareness about the importance of Indian traditional knowledge. Additionally, he emphasized the potential of transforming this traditional wisdom into profitable ventures that can benefit humanity at large.Top of Form
