A 6-day Short Term Training Program (STTP) on ‘Professional Ethics and Human Values’, an AICTE initiative, was organized at SiliconTech from 22 to 27 March 2021.
The objective of the program was to equip the participants with human values, ethics and key life skills to enhance leadership qualities among faculty members and students. The training will help them recognize and resolve ethical issues at the workplace.
Faculty members from AICTE approved institutions and industry personnel were invited via online registrations. The resource persons were from varied areas with expertise and experiences in their respective fields.
Dr. Mahendra Prasad Agasty was the program coordinator.
