The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted a four-day e-FDP on ‘Recent Innovations and Trends in Antenna Design’ from 24 to 27 June 2020.
Silicon West regularly conducts Faculty Development Programs (FDP) to enhance the teaching and non-teaching skills of the faculty members. FDPs provide the faculty an opportunity to acquire knowledge about the latest technological developments in a specific field. They typically cover areas such as technical education policy, new concepts, methods and techniques, theory and skills development, and up-gradation of pedagogy, educational technology, motivation, communication skills, management, etc.
Dr. Debashish Mishra, Associate Professor VSSUT, Burla, Dr. Sayan Chatterjee, Associate Professor, Jadavpur University, Calcutta, Dr. Sujit Kumar Mandal, Assistant Professor, NIT Durgapur, and Dr. B. B. Mangaraj, Associate Professor, VSSUT Burla. They spoke on the recent trends in research and innovations in the field of Antenna Design. A total of 123 faculty members and research scholars across the country participated in this program.
