The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Odisha organized an e-conference on Information Technology (IT) “Post Pandemic – Opportunities and Challenges” on 31 August 2021. The topics of discussion were changes in consumer behavior – the opportunity and the challenge, IT as digitization enabler, opportunities in governance, opportunities in sectors like Education, Fintech and Health.
ICC Odisha invited our Principal, Dr. Jaideep Talukdar as a Technical Panelist to the e-conference. Dr. Talukdar shared his views on the post-pandemic opportunities in the education sector.
Odisha State Government representatives including Shri. Manoj Mishra, IRTS, Secretary, Department of Electronics & IT, Government of Odisha and Mr. Manas Panda, Director at STPI Bhubaneswar, spoke of the government efforts and opportunities in the post-pandemic scenario. Personnel from the private industry like Mr. A. Sivaramakrishan from Apollo Hospitals, representing the healthcare sector, Mr. J.B. Pany (ICC) and Mr. Prabhat Das, Center Head, Infosys Bhubaneswar also spoke about the various opportunities in the private sector. Mr. Devesh Sinha, Founder & CEO at Cozentus, was the moderator for the entire event.
