The Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) at SiliconTech
organized a three-day Short-Term Training Program (STTP) on ‘Industrial Automation and Control’ from 1 -3 December 2022.
The objective of this training program was to facilitate the students and faculty members to gain exposure to the industrial process control environment.
Dr. Anita Mohanty, Associate Professor and Mr. Debi Prasad Pradhan, Technical Assistant from the Department of EIE conducted the training sessions. The STTP provided the participants a platform to upskill their knowledge in the domains of live zero devices, pneumatic systems, and industrial process controllers through hands-on training.
More than 70 participants attended the training program and upgraded their skill set in various domains.
