The Entrepreneurship Development (ED) Cell at SiliconTech organized a virtual session by Dr. Pankaj Parashar, Founder and CEO, Cutting Edge Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd., a successful innovator on 20 December 2021.
Dr. Mahendra P. Agasty, Faculty-In-Charge, ED Cell, welcomed the guest and participants.
Dr. Parashar, a qualified physician with an MBBS degree, spoke about his journey from being a medical professional to becoming an innovator and finally an entrepreneur. He has developed many innovative, affordable medical devices for mass healthcare. The speaker explained the motivation behind his innovation and he rightly identified the difficulties faced by people while undergoing medical tests. His innovator journey also covered the process of product development. He advised the participants that one should not fear failure and that if one wants success, one should work consistently for it.
His talk was followed with a Q&A session where he interacted with the participants. Over 100 students and faculty members participated in the discussion. At the end, Jagdish Patra, Member, ED Cell, gave the vote of thanks.
