SiliconTech’s Industry Interface Cell (II CELL) has been constantly taking initiatives to upskill the students and provide them more opportunities in the core and manufacturing sector.
As a part of this initiative, team members from PHYTEC and SDI (Skill Development Institute), Bhubaneswar addressed the students of graduating batches of 2023 and 2024 where they explained about how their six-month skill training would prepare them for better employability opportunities in this domain. PHYTEC develops and produces microprocessor-based solutions for the global, industrial embedded market. This program would train the students to design, implement and verify advanced embedded electronic systems based on hardware, software and firmware.
PHYTEC selected 14 students from SiliconTech through a screening test for the six-month training program on Embedded Electronics. They conducted a placement drive for students of different colleges at SiliconTech on 5 December 2022 in the middle of the training program in which all 14 students undergoing the six-month training program in Embedded Electronics at SDI, Bhubaneswar were selected with a salary range of 4.17 to 5.47 LPA.
