SiliconTech, the engineering institute of Silicon University, organized the launch ceremony of Zygon X Noesis 2026 on 4 December 2025.
The objectives of the event included the official launch of Zygon X Noesis 2026, the introduction of the inter-college format, and the unveiling of the official logo and the Odyssey Cup, a symbol of excellence and teamwork. The event also introduced the four competitive houses of the university- Navika (first year), Utkarsh (second year), Veerya (third year), and Shaurya (fourth year).
Organized by the Silicon Student’s Council (SSC), this event marked a significant milestone as the fest transitioned into an inter-college event, inviting participation from institutions beyond the university campus. The launch was aimed at generating excitement, fostering unity, and igniting a spirit of healthy competition among students, setting the stage for a larger-scale fest.
Another key highlight of the ceremony was the Odyssey Cup reveal, which was officially unveiled by the General Secretary of the SSC. The cup will serve as the ultimate prize for the winning house, embodying the spirit of excellence, camaraderie, and competition. A detailed overview of the various cultural, technical, and recreational events that will take place during Zygon X Noesis 2026 was also shared with the attendees, building anticipation for the upcoming fest.
The ceremony concluded with vibrant cultural performances, including energetic dance routines and live music by the Silicon Music Club and the university’s music band, Samarpan. The launch ceremony of Zygon X Noesis 2026 was a grand success, effectively building excitement for the event. The organizing committee expressed sincere gratitude to the Deans, faculty members, student’s council, performers, volunteers, and participants for their valuable support, ensuring the event was memorable and impactful.
