Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (Silicon West) organized the Graduation Day Ceremony for the 2025 graduating batch on 21 February 2026 at the institute premises.
The ceremony was organized to honour the academic accomplishments of the graduates, celebrate the successful completion of their program, and encourage them to carry forward the knowledge and values imbibed at the institute into their future pursuits.
The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Mihir Hota, Professor and Dean (Academics), who shared his memories and experiences with the graduating students. Dr. Manas Ranjan Jena, Associate Professor of ECE, Faculty-in-Charge of the Examination Cell and Convenor of the event, addressed the gathering and highlighted how the academic rigor and institutional values would guide the graduates in their professional and personal lives.
The graduating students were formally presented with their degree certificates. The ceremony concluded with faculty members and students sharing their experiences, expressing gratitude, and conveying their aspirations for the future. Dr. Jena delivered the formal vote of thanks, marking the successful conclusion of the event.
