Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (Silicon West) organized an expert talk as part of the Induction Program for the newly admitted students of the 2024–28 batch on 10 September 2024.
The expert talk was delivered by Dr. Satyabrata Das, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla. Dr. Das shared valuable insights on building a fulfilling and rewarding career by emphasizing academic excellence, active engagement in research, and the pursuit of higher studies. He encouraged students to cultivate a mindset focused on long-term growth, intellectual curiosity, and purposeful learning.
The session was both inspiring and thought-provoking, setting a strong academic tone for the incoming batch at the very beginning of their journey.
