Codigo Plataforma, the Coding Club of Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (Silicon West) organized a coding competition titled ‘Code Fest: The Ultimate Competitive Competition’ on 11 February 2023.
The objective of this event was to give the participants a platform to showcase and enhance their coding skills by competing with their peers.
The coding competition was organized in two categories, the junior category and the senior category. The students from the B.Tech. batches of 2025 and 2026 participated in the junior category while the students from the B.Tech. batches of 2023 and 2024 participated in the senior category.
Mahaveer Prasad Panigrahi, Chiranjeeb Das and Satyajit Mahato from the B.Tech. CSE batch of 2025 won the first, second and third prizes respectively in the junior category. Vishal Kumar, Arvind Kumar Rana and Abhijeet Behera from the B.Tech. CSE batch of 2023 won the first, second and third prizes respectively in the senior category.
A total of sixty students across all the B.Tech. batches participated in this competition.
