Codigo Plataforma, the coding club of Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (Silicon West) organized ‘Code Fest: The Ultimate Competitive Competition’ on 4 March 2024.
The objective of this event was to give the participants a platform to showcase and enhance their coding skills by competing with their peers.
The coding competition was organized in two categories, the junior category and the senior category. The junior category included first-year and second-year students and the senior category included third-year and fourth-year students.
Satya Ranjan Nayak (CSE, 2027) won the first prize in the junior category. Biswojit Rout and Shakcham Kumar Sinha from the CSE 2026 graduating batch won the second and third prize respectively in the junior category. Nikhil Agrawal, Abhishek Bhakat, and Priyanshu Raj from the CSE 2024 graduating branch won the first, second, and third prizes respectively in the senior category.
A total of eighty students across all the B.Tech. batches and branches participated in this competition.
