Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (Silicon West) organized its 16th orientation-cum-induction program on 30 August 2024.
The objective of this program was to familiarize students with academic requirements and institutional policies. It also aimed to instill ethical values and a sense of belonging within the college community.
Through a variety of activities and workshops, students were encouraged to connect with their peers and faculty, establishing a supportive and collaborative academic environment.
The induction program encouraged creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, ensuring that the induction experience was enriching and memorable for all participants.
