Silicon West students won the first and second prizes at Hacknobuzz 2025 organized by Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla.
The event showcased a vibrant display of innovation and creativity, with student teams from various universities coming together to address real-world challenges through their visionary ideas. From tackling pressing social issues to presenting tech-driven solutions, the participants demonstrated a strong commitment to transforming concepts into practical, impactful outcomes.
The team from Silicon West, comprising Mahaveer Prasad Panigrahi, Alok Raj, Aryan Kumar, and Swayamsiddha Hota, emerged as the winners of the competition. Their project stood out for its originality and potential for real-world application. Securing the second position was another team from Silicon West, consisting of Sudhanshu Singh, Bivan Jena, Shubham Panigrahi, and Ashish Singh, whose innovative approach and teamwork received much appreciation.
The jury, along with the audience, commended the teams for their thoughtful presentations and problem-solving acumen. The event not only celebrated the spirit of innovation but also encouraged young minds to think beyond conventional boundaries and contribute to society through technology and creativity.
