SiliconTech’s Alumni Association organized a seminar by Gyanaranjan Khuntia, our alumnus from the B.Tech. ECE (Electrical and Communication Engineering) batch of 2006, on 6 June 2022.
Currently, Gyanaranjan is working as a Senior Engineering Manager with Mentor Graphics. He addressed the 2023 graduating batch students who were interested in making a career in the VLSI industry. During his presentation, he focused on career opportunities within digital and analog VLSI companies and the scope of opportunities currently available in the digital sector, particularly at Mentor Graphics.
The address session was followed by a brief interaction session with our faculty members and students. Topics discussed included the requirements and scope for student’s training, real-life projects from Mentor Graphics and faculty involvement as mentors.
