SiliconTech Alumni Association organized its 14th Alumni Meet at the institute premises on 24 December 2022.
The event began with insightful addresses delivered by Dr. Saroj Kanta Misra, our Director, and Dr. Jaideep Talukdar, our Principal following the customary lamp lighting ceremony and welcome song. Dr. Sanjit Kumar Swain, Faculty-in-Charge, Industry Interface Cell (II Cell), shared the progress and achievements of the Institute and students over the past years.
The alumni had a wonderful time interacting with the Head of the various Departments and other faculties. The event also featured performances and fun activities arranged by alumni and a virtual campus tour that rejuvenated attendees.
More than 280 alumni attended this Alumni Meet. The event was coordinated by the Silicon Alumni Association team headed by Dr. Biranchi Narayan Rath. The student council members and student volunteers participated enthusiastically and helped in organizing the event.
The alumni meet concluded with a vote of thanks by Secretary General of the Silicon Students Council, Prabhudutta Mishra.
