SiliconTech has been ranked 161 under the engineering category in the NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) Rankings 2022 announced by the Honourable Minister of Education, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan in a virtual meeting on 15 July 2022. SiliconTech is one among seven institutes in the state to be ranked within the top 200 in NIRF Rankings 2022.
The NIRF rankings were declared for educational institutions classified under 11 categories. Under the NIRF, institutions are judged on the basis of five broad parameters which include Teaching, Learning and Resources (TLR), Research and Professional Practice (RP), Graduation Outcomes (GO), Outreach and Inclusivity (OI) and Perception (PR). The final rankings are conferred on the basis of the sum total of marks obtained in each of the five broad parameters.
SiliconTech has improved its position by 2 points compared to last year when it was ranked 163 in NIRF Rankings 2021 (Engineering).
