Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar (SiliconTech) signed MoU with PHYTEC Embedded Pvt. Ltd. on 12 September 2023 to collaborate, co-operate and make effective use of their resources so as to provide opportunities to enhance skill based training and research.
PHYTEC Embedded Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of PHYTEC Messtechnik GmbH founded in 1986 in Germany, is a multinational company spread across the globe. PHYTEC develops and produces microprocessor-based solutions for the global, industrial embedded market at its headquarters in Mainz. PHYTEC Embedded Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of manufacturing System on Module, Single Board Computer, Embedded systems, and R&D customized project development in the fields of Electronics, Embedded, VLSI and Communication Engineering and related fields.
The scope of collaboration on academic and research activities under this MoU includes but is not limited to enhancement of skill & knowledge of our undergraduate and postgraduate students, industrial training & exposure, joint research and development activities, skilling on emerging technologies and making the students industry ready.
Furthermore, under this collaboration, PHYTEC will be the industry partner ensuring alignment with current industry trends and technological advancements for the M.Sc. Embedded Electronics & IIoT program rolled out by SiliconTech. Students admitted to this M.Sc. program will be taught an industry standard curriculum mostly by PHYTEC experts, while the placement and career opportunities will also be supported by PHYTEC.
