The SiliconTech SWITCH (Silicon Wing of Technical and Coding Hub) Club conducted a session on ‘Intensive Preparation Strategy for Placements’ for the B.Tech. and MCA students of the graduating batch of 2024 on 15 April 2023.
The objective of this session was to inform the students about the hiring process of various companies and other important aspects of placements like resume writing, projects, and internship programs.
Smriti Nayak (CSE, 2023) and Anirudh Panda (EEE, 2023), core members of the SWITCH Club, conducted this session. They shared various preparation strategies with the students and motivated them for the upcoming placement drives. They shared their experiences of the recruitment process and discussed the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). In addition, they informed the students about recruitment etiquette and discussed suitable answers to be given during interviews.
A total of 46 students attended the roadmap session on upcoming placements to enhance their awareness on how placement drives are conducted.
