Every year, it does its fresher campus hiring through the online TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT), a multi-level assessment examination to identify the competencies and skills of new graduates. Those who score well in the TCS NQT are shortlisted to appear for the next level test, i.e., TCS Digital.
TCS Digital shortlisted both Shubham and Manglesh. They went through the TCS Digital online test followed by an interview and received a job offer with a salary package of 7 LPA.
