Except where specifically agreed upon or necessary for operational or regulatory reasons, we will not send you any unsolicited information via email. The user can nevertheless unsubscribe from receipt of such emails by following instructions therein.

We may collect unnamed statistics, which do not personally identify you. We reserve the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics to measure interest in and use of various areas of the site.

All matters of dispute shall be dealt with under the jurisdiction of Orissa High Court, Cuttack.

Silicon website uses online forms where you may be asked to provide some personal information. This is necessary to access certain services on the website, for example, academic courses, training, registrations, etc., or to take part in surveys. Terms & Conditions for Online Payment

Online payment through the website can be made through Net Banking, Debit Card (VISA, Master) or Credit Card. (VISA, Master).

For Admissions, after successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the Admission portal of Silicon Institute of Technology. Students can generate receipt of the payment made and produce the same as and when required. Silicon does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks.

Fees once paid will not be refunded. However, if any excess payment has been made for any reason whatsoever, the student may file her/his claim with the Accounts Department, Silicon Institute of Technology.

Those making payments should submit all the details asked for in the forms including their full name, address, telephone number and email.

The Terms and Conditions for Online Payment contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of Silicon Institute of Technology for making fee payment through an online payment gateway service (“Service”) and Payment Gateway Service provider, through Silicon’s website, i.e https://www.silicon.ac.in. Each user is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
