Over 90% of the placed students get an average compensation package of around ₹4.8 LPA. Some students get multiple offers, with the highest salary package of ₹9.21 LPA from SynergyLabs in 2023.
SAPLabs, Incture, Prodapt, Asiczen, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, L&T, Hexaware, Digit, Cozentus etc., are the notable recruiters from the past years. The number of students undergoing summer internships increases every year.
The Institute has an outstanding pre-placement training module spanning over three semesters that prepares students to excel at interviews and recruitment processes. Experts in diverse domains like aptitude, reasoning, verbal abilities, programming, and other soft skills groom the students.
The placement thrust for 2023 graduating students has been internship-centric whereby most companies offered the selected students to undergo an internship in their final semester before onboarding for the job role. Though roles in IT services and consulting dominated the placement season, many students got into core sectors in the domains of mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering.

Silicon’s Industry Interface Cell invites prospective companies for recruitment two months ahead of the placement season. Interested companies give the eligibility criteria for students to participate. The final recruitment season starts from August of every year and lasts till the end of the final semester.
