B.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering

The B.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) program prepares undergraduate students to provide the best technological know-how in electronic devices and their applications, VLSI technologies, communication systems, microwave, signal processing, wireless sensor networks, IoT & embedded systems design. Students learn both fundamental courses such as analog and digital electronic circuits and advanced courses such as digital/analog VLSI design and embedded systems.

The program offers several interdisciplinary subjects such as OOP using Java, fundamentals of DBMS, operating systems, programming in Python, power station engineering, and numerical optimization specifically focused on recent industry demands.

This program is accredited by NBA which is a part of the Washington Accord.

It has been a wonderful experience studying at Silicon, which paved my way as an administrator. After graduating from Silicon, I got the opportunity to work in different areas of the IT industry like testing, development, and support. I published four papers, filed two copyrights, and received many internationally accepted certifications. I qualified for the State Civil Services Examination in my first attempt and got into the Odisha Police Service cadre.
